In order to strengthen our teams within the area of caregiver for individuals with disabilities (M/F), we are looking for caregivers in the disability sector (M/F) to join our various establishments in Geneva. Caregiver in the disability area (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION You will join our specialized team in the field of disability for occasional and/or scheduled missions. The proposed missions may involve split shifts, continuous shifts, or a minimum of 4 hours from 2 PM. You will provide nursing care and support for adults with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or brain injuries). Activity rates vary between 50% and you must have a minimum of one year of successful experience as a caregiver in the area of multiple disabilities. Caring for and ensuring the well-being of the patient are at the heart of your work. You remain calm and have the ability to face challenging situations and/or crises. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will work days and/or nights, on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and you are a highly flexible and organized person. You must have a means of transportation and a driver's license.
