The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offers socio-medical services, assistance, and social and professional integration responding to the needs of its mission to promote home care, autonomy, and social integration by providing individualized support in each of its 5 sites and with nearly 560 beneficiaries across the 16 municipalities of the region. We are looking for our sites in the Val d'Hérens and Nendaz, a: Nurse (100%) Your mission: You will assess the needs for home care and act as a referent, demonstrating leadership skills in decision-making and providing technical nursing care, while actively participating in the dynamics of your team in the field of care (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). Experience of at least 2 years. Ability to listen and work autonomously. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with common tools.
