Founded in Lausanne, the Asile des aveugles includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, a university ophthalmology service, a research center, the Educational Center for Visually Impaired Students (CPHV), social services, low vision services, and the medical-social establishment of 650 people dedicated daily to visual health to offer diagnosis, treatment, and support to individuals. To complete our team, we are looking for a Head Nurse of the EMS Clair-Soleil Care Unit.Your mission:- Supervise the nursing team on the ground and ensure the smooth running of the unit's activities.- Develop and ensure the quality and continuity of care.- Promote interdisciplinary collaboration within the institution.- Guarantee the quality of personalized support for our residents.- Prioritize communication with families and loved ones.- Provide care to residents and actively participate in their support.- Lead service projects and actively participate in institutional projects.Your profile:- Nursing diploma or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, ideally completed with a CAS in geriatric care or aging.- Several years of experience in supporting elderly individuals.- Proven experience in team management.- Knowledge of Humanitude or another support concept, a plus in the Vaud canton.- Decision-making, analytical, and synthesis skills.- Proactivity and attention to detail.- Proficiency in common tools, ideally knowledge of Carefolio.We offer you:- A fulfilling role within a dynamic environment where you can showcase your talents, specifications specific to our mission, and salary conditions in line with your experience. - Contract type: Permanent - Start date: To be agreed - Workplace: EMS Clair-Soleil, Ecublens - Information: Ms. X, Director of EMS, Ms. X, HR Advisor - Application deadline: February 15. jid78bc347aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
