Nurse or Care Worker (100%) Available sectors (of your choice): Hospitals and private clinics: intensive care, and many other services Nursing homes: focus on long-term care Home care: total autonomy, case management, and close care.Your missions: Personalized support: Support the resident in daily living activities while promoting their autonomy and growth through adapted social and therapeutic activities. Clinical expertise: Actively participate in monitoring and adjusting the care/therapeutic project to ensure effective and continuous care. Be a driving force in optimizing care, efficiency, and quality within your team. Ensure smooth communication within the multidisciplinary team and guarantee a warm welcome as well as quality support for families and residents. Care management: Ensure continuity of care and coherence of interventions, whether in a hospital environment, in an institution, or at home.Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification or CFC Care Worker SEFRI/Cross-Red recognition: recognition obtained or process underway Able to collaborate in a network and interprofessionally Fluency in spoken and written French Comfortable with standard tools Start date: To be agreed upon Are you interested?
