Night Nurse (80% to 100%)Our organization operates two medico-social establishments, one with a mission of reception with a specialized unit and the other with a mission of reception for the elderly. Our site in Penthalaz has 70 long-term care beds with a PAA mission. We are looking for a night nurse (80% to 100%).Your missionYou contribute, through your skills, to the optimal quality of interventions for residents. You are comfortable accompanying them during crisis and end-of-life situations. You actively participate in the continuity of the support and therapeutic project, through individualized care plans while respecting the comfort and safety of residents.Your profileYou hold a nursing degree (HES). Beyond an obvious interest in the elderly, you are autonomous while working in an interdisciplinary manner and have good listening, support, and communication skills.
