It offers a flexible work environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life and conditions that encourage the development of skills as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience.Home Care Nurse (HAD) at 80% / Permanent ContractJob DescriptionTo avoid a hospital stay or to facilitate an early discharge, home hospitalization (HAD) is intended for any person, from infant to adult, for whom technical and/or complex hospital-type care is necessary. Thus, HAD intervenes throughout the canton 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, when care management is deemed possible at home and specific expertise in a specialized field is required (adult oncology and nephrology, wound care, etc.).The HAD service offer is part of and complementary to the home care service offer of IMAD teams. Our nurses provide care autonomously, respecting the lifestyle, beliefs, values, and culture of the client. Interventions are carried out, upon medical prescription, in close collaboration with attending or specialized physicians, Proximos, clinics, hospitals, and network partners.Missions and Responsibilities- Respond effectively to specific care needs by providing, autonomously and upon medical prescription, technically complex nursing care at the client's home, usually provided in a hospital setting (blood transfusion, peritoneal dialysis, IV antibiotic therapy, etc.)- Provide comprehensive personalized care to high-risk clients of all ages suffering from severe pathologies (adult and/or pediatric care, acute and/or chronic and/or psychiatric)- Exercise a role of clinical reference and act in accordance with the principles of the nursing code of ethics to ensure comprehensive care for the client in their usual environment- Participate in the institutional mission aimed at promoting home care in a stimulating environment for our employeesProfile- Degree in nursing- Minimum years of professional experience in a hospital setting within an acute care department- Dexterity in technical care- Capacity for flexibility and responsiveness- Great ease in communication, ability to manage stress, and sense of responsibility- Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team- Mobility by carAdditional InformationApplication deadline:Start date: To be agreedPlease attach to your file: an up-to-date curriculum vitae, a cover letter, a copy of your diplomas and diploma recognition, your work certificates. jidb22ac89aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
