Nurse in liaison at 60% The Nant health organization manages all public care in Eastern Vaud. It carries out public health tasks at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant organization is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), the governing body of the publicly recognized regional hospitals in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut, along with those from Vaud and Valais Chablais. Influenced by psychoanalysis through its history, the Nant organization currently identifies with its contemporary developments. To complete its team for the Emergency and Liaison Reception Service (SPAUL) within our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPEA), the Nant organization is opening a position for a Nurse in liaison at 60%. THE MISSION The SPPEA takes care of young people from 0 to 18 years and their families in Eastern Vaud. It guarantees accessible, continuous, and needs-adapted care. The SPAUL’s mission is to welcome, assess, and provide care to individuals in crisis requiring urgent intervention and to guide them within the healthcare system. As a liaison nurse, your primary mission will be to ensure the follow-up for hospitalized individuals. WE OFFER The SPAUL covers all liaison and emergency activities in the Eastern Vaud sector. It is under the Nant organization and is the main contact for the HRC. Working within this team means engaging in diverse activities and also presents a unique opportunity to participate in the co-construction of care projects in Eastern Vaud. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A person with experience and holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing, recognized by the Red Cross, and having a good understanding of the healthcare environment in Eastern Vaud. Holding a CAS in community health or liaison would be an asset. We seek someone capable of collaborating within interdisciplinary teams, preventing and/or defusing crises, as well as assessing, guiding, and containing while proposing appropriate care solutions. An ease in engaging in a process as well as good communication and coordination skills are essential. Experience in a similar position, good autonomy, the ability to manage unexpected situations and stress, as well as skills in analysis and interdisciplinary work are crucial for this role. Some flexibility is required to adapt to an evolving position.
