For several of our clients in Geneva and the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Nurse in a nursing home.You hold a diploma or a diploma with recognition from the Swiss Red Cross.You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally acquired within a nursing home.You are kind and caring, you know how to manage emergencies with professionalism, and you place the human element at the heart of your practice.You have skills in nursing care and technical care procedures.You enjoy teamwork, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation to the realities of the field.Proficiency in software such as SADIES is an additional asset.You ensure the administration of medication and treatments in strict compliance with current protocols and safety rules.You perform basic care as well as the technical procedures necessary within the framework of a care plan.You pay particular attention to the quality of your interactions with residents and their families.You actively participate in the development and monitoring of individualized life projects, ensuring respect for the needs and choices of each person. jid2f1f3dbaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
