The medical and nursing teams collaborate closely to ensure coordinated, safe, and quality care for those requiring assistance. With a retirement approaching, we are looking for a: Nurse Head of the Pole of Disciplines, effective from August 1st. Your mission will evolve within the framework of the project Paths as X. You will contribute to the evolution towards a patient-centered approach regarding care modalities, especially through the implementation of the sector and/or transverse. Responsibilities As a senior manager and member of the care college, your main missions will be: - Ensure the quality of the sectors by continuously evaluating professionals and valuing their skills while ensuring a balance between their competencies and the requirements of their function. - Ensure service/care units in collaboration with department heads and ensure the management of ICU and group leaders for the proper operation of the sector. - Actively participate in and monitor the sector's budget, in collaboration with the department head and with Human Resources and Finance services. - Actively participate in the governance of the Hospital of Jura and contribute to the development of care projects involving all personnel in the sector. - Promote the quality and safety of care as well as a caring and constructive culture in the face of errors. - Be a driving force in the development of projects. - Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification. - Several years of professional experience in acute care, ideally in a hospital setting. - Proven experience in team management as a close-range manager and in care processes. - Higher education in management (minimum DAS) or willingness to pursue it. - Assertive leadership and great ability to mobilize teams. - Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability. - Good understanding of the Swiss X system and the care network. - Mastery of German and/or English being an asset.
