The RSSV brings together home care, guardianship and social services, and two nursing homes in the Veveyse district. It works to provide quality, humane care adapted to the needs of the population, while adapting to current and future challenges in the health and social sector.

Mission

Take charge of the organisation and management of a unit. Participate in care activities and, alongside the Cross-Unit Head Nurse, be responsible for the unit’s activity and the quality of care provided.

Your main responsibilities

Manage the unit in accordance with the mission, guidelines, application of the care and support concept, laws and current agreements Analyse the unit’s activities, set objectives and ensure their implementation Manage and lead the unit’s care team Lead continuous improvement and development projects in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders Provide care to residents in accordance with the latest professional practices, respecting safety, effectiveness, comfort and economy Participate in evaluating the quality of care, support and activity services Supervise stock management and maintenance of the unit’s equipment

Profile sought

HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification (CRS recognised) CAS in frontline management CAS in psychogeriatrics, an asset or willingness to train Several years of professional experience in an institution, in a similar role Excellent organisational and responsibility skills Initiative spirit Good communication, negotiation and listening skills Proficiency in IT tools Sense of teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
