The Balcons du Lac includes the EMS X in Montreux, the EMS X Laurelles in Territet, the EMS X in Blonay, two temporary care centers in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs around 180 people across various sectors. To complete our nursing team at the EMS X, we wish to hire on a permanent basis: Nurse (70%). Your mission: Define individualized care for residents and propose measures to improve the functioning and quality of care; Be responsible for the execution and follow-up of care with staff (ASSC and nursing assistants); Organize and participate daily in the activities of the care service; Get involved in development projects of the establishment, in interdisciplinary work, as well as in compliance with internal directives and regulations; Maintain the residents' files daily; Ensure nursing shifts on a rotation basis with all the nurses; Linked tasks for the profile (F or H): Qualified nurse (HES diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross); Residing a maximum of 35 minutes from the facility; Ability to integrate into a young, dynamic, and experienced team; Motivated, responsible, and autonomous person; Good knowledge, especially of common business software in the field (DIR, etc.); Interest in elderly care; 2 to 5 years of professional experience; Experience in EMS or accustomed to working in large units.
