The Swiss Salvation Army is an important Christian organization not recognized in Switzerland and worldwide for its social work. In La-Tour-de-Peilz, the Phare-Elim SA is a medical-social establishment welcoming 46 residents, offering a living space for dependent elderly persons and also has a Temporary Accommodation Center with 8 places. Our teams work daily for their well-being while promoting a friendly lifestyle among residents, their relatives, and the teams. To support the head nurse in his mission and to complement the existing team, we are looking for a qualified nurse in the field of activity.As part of your functions, you will provide care and support to elderly individuals in their daily activities, in line with the values and mission of our establishment. You will collaborate in the management and provision of services, ensure the correct execution of delegated medical acts, treatments, and maintenance of the medical records. You will participate in the implementation of Individualized Care Projects and life projects, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will take part in medical visits and follow-ups, contribute to the quality approach, and supervise apprentices and interns in their roles. You will participate in care projects, support families during sensitive situations, and ensure continuity of care during on-call duties, weekends, and holidays.You possess a nursing diploma (HES) or have recognition of your diploma from the Swiss Red Cross. You have at least 2 years of professional experience and have acquired knowledge of the field. Committed, you work with a sense of service, team spirit, and responsibility. Finally, you demonstrate good physical and emotional resilience, necessary for a demanding and humanly rich environment. Autonomous, you are also conscientious and organized for follow-up. You are able to communicate with kindness and clarity, maintaining respectful relationships with residents, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team. You are comfortable with common tools, and more particularly with digital technology. You share the Christian values of the Salvation Army and have an interest in its social mission.
