Our difference: a strong family culture, based on essential values such as trust, proximity, and integrity.For a recognized company in the region, in order to ensure the management and supervision of work on a construction site with night hours (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) located in Le Lieu, in the Vallée de Joux, we are looking for a:Night Foreman- Federal Foreman's Certificate or equivalent- Proven experience in construction site management- Excellent team management skills- Sense of organization and responsibility- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously- Good knowledge of current safety standards- Proficiency in standard tools- Available to work night hours (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM)- Organize, coordinate, and supervise teams on the construction site- Ensure compliance with the schedule, deadlines, and set objectives- Ensure the quality of work performed as well as compliance with safety rules- Monitor the progress of the construction site and anticipate resource needs- Act as a liaison between field teams, construction management, and various stakeholders- Participate in site meetings and perform necessary reporting- Guarantee optimal management of the site and resources made available- Contribute to the smooth running of the work in compliance with project requirementsDo you recognize yourself in this profile and wish to take on a new challenge?
