We are currently looking for a:



Night Shift CNC Setter



Your responsibilities

You ensure the setting, monitoring and optimisation of production on 5-axis CNC machining centres,
You actively contribute to the workshop’s performance while respecting the quality requirements specific to high watchmaking,
Carry out complete settings and start-ups on 5-axis CNC machining centres (turning and milling),
Ensure the launch and monitoring of production during the night shift,
Perform loading of production series (approximately 50% of working time),
Ensure the smooth running of machining operations and intervene in case of deviation or incident,
Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of parts using conventional and specific measuring instruments (Marcel Aubert, DEA, manual instruments, etc.),
Guarantee product conformity according to the company’s quality standards and the requirements of high watchmaking,
Ensure traceability of operations performed and completion of production monitoring documents,
Participate in the continuous improvement of machining processes and optimisation of production performance,
Work closely with production, quality and methods teams.

Your profile

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training,
Proven experience in setting 5-axis CNC machining centres,
Excellent knowledge of watch case machining, ideally in precious materials,
Mastery of turning and milling techniques,
Good knowledge of dimensional control methods and plan reading,
Ability to work independently and rigorously,
Strong sense of quality, precision and detail,
Team spirit, responsiveness and sense of responsibility,
