To complete our hospitality service, we are recruiting a:Night Receptionist at 90% - 3-month fixed-term contractYour mission:In a state-of-the-art establishment, you will occupy a varied position within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors. You will be responsible for welcoming patients as part of their visit to our establishment. In this capacity, you are in charge of:- Welcoming, informing, and directing our patients with care.- Creating admission files and scanning files.- Distributing mail to the lockers specific to each department and/or doctor.- Ensuring the management and maintenance of the cash register.We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:- French and English B2 minimum.- Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position (reception in a hospital or hotel) required.- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce/hospitality.- Pleasant and smiling person with an innate sense of hospitality and personal service in order to welcome our patients with kindness.- Knowledge of the Swiss insurance system is an asset.- Versatility, enjoying teamwork.- Good stress management.- Proficiency in current tools (Opale is an asset).We offer you:- Type of contract: Fixed-term 3 months.- Percentage: 90%.- Type of schedule: Irregular. jid24644ebaen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
