Our values: TRANSPARENCY – EQUITY – RESPECT – TRUSTNIGHT NURSE - % - PERMANENT CONTRACTMissionWithin the Pool-EMRAD (Mobile Team for Return Home), you intervene in varied situations requiring nursing expertise and a great capacity for adaptation to ensure the continuity of care in the CMS X Est vaudois. Your activity is carried out mainly at night, with a portion of daytime interventions. Depending on your profile, your mission will consist of:- Ensuring the care of clients at home, particularly in the sensitive periods following a hospital discharge. Ensuring nursing care mainly at night as well as during certain daytime interventions.- Assessing the health status of beneficiaries, identifying priorities and adapting care according to needs.
