You will motivate your team to ensure effective cleaning, compliant with the strictest standards. As an organized and committed leader, this position offers you an opportunity to actively contribute to the excellence of our products.What you will accomplish:You ensure compliant cleaning within defined timelines, following the work plans, cleaning plans, methodology, and established techniques. You ensure that quality standards are respected daily by maintaining an active presence and effective management of teams (around 15 in different sectors). You are proficient in cleaning products, recognize the hazards related to the products, equipment, and infrastructures, and follow the Group’s safety instructions. You participate in the planning of work, training, and means within the company. You manage the cleaning and washing schedules of containers, organize holidays and vacations, and participate in tasks related to management and training.What you should have:Completed vocational training (CFC) in the food industry, a professional background: 1-3 years of experience in the agri-food cleaning sector and initial experience in team leadership. You are a person with leadership skills and a team spirit. Conflict resolution and the development of your team are part of your strengths. Your exemplary behavior and skills make you an ideal candidate for this position. You are proficient with common tools (MS Office). You are available to work from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM as well as some Saturdays (about once a month).
