NEW PRODUCT PLANNER
Located in our factory in Le Sentier, Switzerland.
For our factory located in Le Sentier and within our industrial management department, you are responsible for planning and monitoring the production of new products (prototype and initial series).
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Manage the planning of new products
- Develop and monitor manufacturing plans to ensure the availability of new products while meeting deadline and volume objectives,
- Ensure coordination of component requirements necessary for launches,
Secure the supply chain and deadlines
- Anticipate risks, identify discrepancies and implement necessary actions to secure deadlines,
- Communicate project progress, product availability and provide reliable visibility to various stakeholders,
- Identify critical milestones, dependencies and critical paths for each project.
- Ensure regular updating of schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Coordinate project stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence
- Be the preferred logistics contact for project teams throughout the new product development cycle,
- Collaborate with Methods teams to ensure the reliability of bill of materials and requirements in systems,
- Monitor specific needs related to events, trade shows and other strategic launches,
- Participate in continuous process improvement and optimisation of supply chain performance.
THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS!
- With a higher education in Supply Chain (Bachelor/Master) specialising in logistics, you have at least 2 years of experience in planning within an industrial environment.
- You are autonomous and possess strong analytical and proposal skills. You enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on approach.
- You are proficient in the Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of one or more ERPs and experience in continuous improvement projects are additional assets you can leverage.
