These [patients] and [residents] are hospitalized for short, medium, and long stays and are the subject of an interdisciplinary therapeutic project aiming for discharge to home or a specialized establishment.Neurology Nurses - 80% to 100%As a nurse within a neurology unit at the Bellerive Hospital, including a sector for prolonged neurological care, you ensure, autonomously and/or under medical [supervision], the comprehensive and personalized care of [patients] and [residents] presenting with complex neurological [conditions], such as [conditions] and brain-injured [patients]. You perform increased monitoring of neurological symptoms in order to anticipate [risks] of [complications] and [patients] presenting with a long-term altered state of consciousness. You provide specific care such as [management] of tracheostomy, suprapubic [catheters], and long-term feeding tubes (PEG).You provide support to the families of [patients] and [residents] and create a [plan] of care by directing them toward appropriate resources.
