Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our IT team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will move to the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027, we are looking for a .NET Backend Developer (m/f) (80-100%).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain robust, secure and high-performance backend services in .NET
- Develop and expose reliable APIs in compliance with architectural standards
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews and automated testing
- Collaborate with Product, QA and business teams to guarantee quality deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and Agile practices within a Scrum / SAFe framework
Your profile
- Higher education (university or equivalent) in computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend .NET / C# development
- Proven experience of more than 3 years in managing pension funds (LPP) Comfortable with relational databases, ideally MS SQL Server
- Familiar with DevOps practices (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy)
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, service-oriented architectures
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigour, pragmatism and a collaborative spirit
