Nautilus Line ManagerMissionWithin the framework of this position, in our Clothing Division, you will ensure the management of the team and all production activities of the Nautilus Line, in close collaboration with others in the division, as well as other departments and divisions, in order to ensure the execution of the production plan within quality criteria and standards. You will be responsible for the management and the development of the Employee Experience: accompanying, encouraging, motivating, and developing your teams while maximizing productivity and deadlines for objectives.- Ensure the accompaniment of the team and the development of versatility within the processes.- Take corrective measures in order to improve quality, reduce waste rates, and times.- Ensure respect for the production plan and guarantee standards.- Advance the activity and production processes in close collaboration with others as well as in coordination with support services, internal clients, and other departments.Profile sought- Technician ES or other equivalent diploma.- Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.- Previous management experience desired.- Technical knowledge of traditional and CNC production trades.- Knowledge of production management and Lean Manufacturing.- Mastery of office tools (MS Office / SAP).- Ability to propose solutions, decision-making capabilities, and spirit of analysis and synthesis.- Team spirit and communication skills. jid23d0222aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
