The multisite director is the liaison between general management and local structures. They ensure the implementation of the institutional project, the management of resources, and the coherence of practices across all their sites.Main responsibilities- Supervise, accompany, and support the staff under your supervision.- Ensure the implementation of the institutional project across all sites.- Ensure the quality of care, pedagogy, and safety of each structure.- Evaluate and harmonize practices between the different daycares.- Support the management of human resources in collaboration with the HR department.- Optimize and guarantee the general management of schedules and the monitoring of performance indicators (absenteeism rate, finances) and take the necessary measures.- Contribute to the development and monitoring of daycare budgets.
