Join our professional and enthusiastic team!To complete and support our team we are looking for a: Versatile CookThis position is aimed at a cook who wishes to carry out a varied and unconventional role, combining production and service in a public-facing environment strongly linked to the world of chocolate.Tasks include:- Preparing varied culinary productions: cold cuisine, hot cuisine, and pastry;- Ensuring service according to agreed schedules;- Cleaning and maintaining workstations;- Managing workstations according to the day's schedule, including welcoming visitors;- Animating the Torino and Ragusa lines, including welcoming and interacting with visitors;- Producing artisanal items or other products intended for sale or special events.The recipe for your success:- Hold a CFC as a cook or a recognized equivalent;- Have a confirmed experience in cooking, ideally including cold cuisine, hot cuisine, and pastry;- Show a strong interest or experience in the field;- Demonstrate autonomy and good organizational skills;- Enjoy the versatility of tasks and variety of roles;- Be comfortable in a public-facing environment, with a good sense of hospitality and strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP);- Show flexibility, rigor, and a team spirit.The ingredients of our house:Our Bistro showcases authentic and family-style cuisine, prepared from local products. While crêpes hold a central place, we also offer weekly suggestions, desserts, and are particularly renowned for our Sunday brunches, as well as our crêpes and Saturday snacks.Open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, we welcome a varied clientele.
