Your responsibilities
Under the supervision of the workshop manager, you carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of aerial work platforms for all mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects. In this capacity, you work in the following areas:

• Mechanic: diagnostic experience and technical training with suppliers, participation in the maintenance and repair of all types of aerial work platforms for our clients and our fleet of 80 rental machines.
• Client relations: technical support in the workshop, on site, and by phone, preparation of quotes and repair reports in collaboration with the administrative department. Reception and handover of clients’ and rental aerial work platforms, including on-site deliveries with instructions.

Yourself
With a successful experience in a similar position and a background as a multi-brand diagnostic/repair technician, you hold a mechanic’s federal certificate of competence (CFC), ideally on agricultural machinery or heavy goods vehicles. Your solid foundations and logical thinking ability enable you to identify the root causes of problems and resolve them. Loyal and committed, your strong sense of responsibility makes you a trusted person. Thanks to your command of French, common IT tools, and interpersonal skills, you can collaborate with a wide variety of people and promote a professional image to clients. Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and autonomous, you enjoy learning and are interested in your field of activity.
