MULTI-SKILLED HEALTH ASSISTANT AT 70%



Mission

In connection with the multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of the situation referents, you will contribute to the comprehensive care of beneficiaries by:

  • Providing basic care and household help, with a caring and person-centred approach
  • Supporting daily living activities to promote autonomy and well-being
  • Communicating relevant observations to the team to ensure continuity and coherence of care
  • Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and practice exchanges to contribute to improving the quality of care

This role values team spirit, listening and interprofessional cooperation, in an environment where every contribution is essential to the well-being of beneficiaries.

Profile

  • You hold a 120-hour health assistant certificate from the Red Cross, Nursing Assistant, Family Helper (salary and title adapted according to diploma).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience desired. Experience in home care is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation.
  • Proactivity, responsiveness and solution orientation.
  • Versatility, flexibility and adaptability.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous and enjoy working in a team.
  • Comfortable with IT tools.
  • Driving licence and car essential.
  • For foreign diplomas, Red Cross recognition is required or in process.
