MISSION DESCRIPTION: Assembly and measurement of tools, management of dimensions on Siemens commands and others..., machining and quality control of manufactured parts. Use of CNC lathes such as Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret, as well as milling machines Willemin W408/W508 or INDEX V100. Machining of watch casing parts: cases, backs, bezels in steel. Perform inspections with traditional control tools, 3D measurement, and optical inspection according to the parts. First-level maintenance to be performed. Team-oriented shifts 2x8 or 3x8.PROFILE: CFC in Production Mechanics or AFP in CNC Machining, having had a successful first experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of watchmaking. Excellent knowledge in reading technical drawings and tools, including measuring instruments, a good technical mechanical sense. Basic knowledge of precision measurement tools is a plus.
