Our company continues its development with passion, high standards, and proximity.Multi-site Sales & Business Development Manager – 100%Your main responsibilitiesManagement of points of sale- Supervise and support store managers in their daily management.- Ensure the proper commercial functioning of the various points of sale.- Guarantee compliance with company standards, brand image, and service quality.- Identify areas to optimize sales and the profitability of points of sale.- Implement commercial actions adapted to the different sites.Management and personnel administration- Support and accompany sales teams.- Manage recruitment and training of sales staff.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, hygiene rules, safety, and service.- Foster good communication between stores, production, and management.Performance monitoring and KPIs- Implement, analyze, and monitor performance indicators for points of sale.- Regularly present results to management: turnover, margins, losses, productivity, and average basket.- Participate in setting commercial objectives and monitoring their achievement.Administrative and accounting management- Ensure rigorous monitoring of elements related to cash management.- Control cash registers, closing procedures, and accounting documents.- Demonstrate a good understanding of figures, basic accounting, and the profitability of a point of sale.- Participate in monitoring costs, losses, stocks, and inventories.- Provide management with clear analyses to facilitate decision-making.Business development- Develop in-store sales and manage end-of-day losses.- Participate in the implementation of promotional actions and events.- Propose ideas to improve the customer experience and performance.Profile- You live in the canton of Vaud.- You have confirmed experience as a store manager.- Experience in managing multiple points of sale or a multi-site network is strongly desired.- You have solid team management and leadership skills.- You possess good knowledge of basic accounting, cash management, stocks, and inventories.- You are comfortable with analyzing figures, dashboards, and monitoring KPIs.- You know how to convey clear and structured information to a team.- You are organized, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented.- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good sense of service.- You are capable of uniting teams and supporting them in their development.- You master IT tools.- Experience in the food industry, catering, bakery-pastry, retail, or food trades is a plus.- Driving license required.We offer- A key position within an artisanal company in Switzerland.- A varied function, combining field work, management, analysis, and development.- Great autonomy in the management and monitoring of points of sale.- Direct collaboration with management.- An opportunity to actively participate in the development of the company.- A dynamic, human, and committed work environment.- Working conditions based on experience.Place of workSt-Prex, with regular travel to our various points of sale in Switzerland.We look forward to receiving your application.
