Description

Your main tasks:

  • Ensure the cleaning and monitoring of the maintenance of municipal buildings;
  • Guarantee the general surveillance of the premises, as well as access to the buildings;
  • Monitor technical installations (CVSE), manage the maintenance of outdoor spaces;
  • Drive the school bus and transport children;
  • Participate in the preparation of municipal events, handling equipment and furniture;
  • Provide services related to the rental of community rooms;
  • Manage the storeroom and various stocks related to the activity.

Your profile:

  • Hold a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or equivalent training and have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, caretaking of schools and public administrations;
  • Hold a category D driving licence and a valid OACP capacity certificate;
  • Autonomy, versatility, meticulousness and a sense of initiative;
  • Have a good team spirit, ability to ask for and offer help;
  • Be able to cope with unforeseen events and be available to work irregular hours occasionally and on request (evenings, weekends and public holidays);
  • Enjoy good physical condition;
  • Ability to communicate with children and residents, have interpersonal skills and an interest in public service.

Note:

- The weekly working time is 42 hours. It will be distributed over the week according to the needs of the position

- It is essential to have a vehicle
