## Job Description ##

* Joining the Advisory & Portfolio Management department;
* Supporting Senior Advisors and Private Bankers in the day-to-day management of client relationships and advisory activities;
* Coordination and tracking of investment orders and execution processes;
* Assistance with preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations;
* Monitoring of portfolios, asset allocation, investment performance, and cash management activities;
* Ensuring accurate tracking of transactions, documentation, and internal processes;
* Participation in staffing the advisory desk, including planned market and customer monitoring;
* Conducting market research on various asset classes and investment themes;
* Assistance with investment selection and analysis;
* Providing ideas and recommendations for potential investment opportunities;
* Monitoring of financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment trends;
* Maintenance and updating of the advisory portfolio universe, watchlists, and reporting tools;
* Assisting with the preparation of investment publications, market commentary, and marketing materials;
* Support in the development of internal investment presentations and client communication materials;
* Reporting to the clients and the Management;
* Participation to the day-to-day in the office.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Graduated in Finance, Economy or Management;
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar advisory role in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory in Switzerland;
* Very good level on multi-asset classes for direct and indirect investments;
* Good commands in MS Office, banking softwares and IA tools;
* Very good language skills in French and in English;
* Client orientation and sense of advisory;
* Rigorous, organised, dynamic and professional;
* Sense of confidentiality.
