MOTORCYCLE – SCOOTER WORKSHOP MANAGER (100%)

Well-known motorcycle-scooter garage in French-speaking Switzerland is looking for its future workshop manager

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to ensure the operational management of a workshop specialised in the maintenance, repair and sale of motorcycles and scooters.

Your tasks

• Management and organisation of the workshop
• Planning and monitoring of mechanical interventions
• Supervision and coordination of the technical team
• Preparation of quotes and customer follow-up
• Quality control of completed work
• Management of parts orders and supplier relations
• Participation in diagnostics and complex repairs
• Development of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Profile sought

• Federal VET Diploma as a motorcycle mechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience in the motorcycle-scooter field
• Experience in team or workshop management
• Excellent organisational skills
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Motorcycle licence appreciated
