What awaits you?

• Support for Private Client Advisors in processing financing requests
• Processing financing requests for wealth management clients
• External coordination, particularly with clients and notaries
• Internal coordination, particularly with advisors, credit analysts and credit administration
• Visits to real estate properties
• Participation in complex interviews
• Support in managing the mortgage portfolio (renewals, updating files)

What do you bring?

• A banking CFC, a Bachelor in finance or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in mortgage financing or real estate credit in a Swiss bank.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and the local real estate market.
• Excellent presentation and ease in client contact thanks to your natural charm, listening skills and empathy
• Good stress, deadline and priority management
• Clear interest in teamwork while cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit
• Very good organisational skills to ensure high quality standards
• Native French speaker, English is an asset
