We are looking for you as a Modernisation Sales Advisor for the French-speaking Switzerland region (area to be defined later).

 

Your role

In this position, you advise our customers on elevator modernisation and replacement.

 

Your concrete contribution

  • Proactive development and creation of relationships with customers in your area of responsibility and proposing KONE solutions that meet their needs
  • Responsible for developing KONE's market share in your area
  • Conducting technical surveys on existing installations to be replaced and modernised
  • Technical clarification with customers and internally with the design office
  • Preparation of offers and responses to tenders
  • Responsible for pricing using approved tender tools, and for optimising prices and discounts within your authority limits
  • Negotiation and conclusion of contracts in accordance with KONE's commercial policy
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets for prices and discounts
  • Responsible for reporting in the CRM tool and maintaining complete information on opportunities, tasks and visits
  • Transfer of projects to the project manager in compliance with internal processes
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
  • Responsible for collecting relevant market and competitor information in the field
  • Develop your network through active communication on professional social networks

Your added value

  • Basic training in commercial and/or technical fields
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in selling technical solutions, ideally in elevator sales, or in the building/real estate sector
  • Important network of contacts in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Negotiation skills and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to achieve objectives and resilience to stress
  • Excellent presentation and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Native French speaker. Knowledge of English and/or German would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Good knowledge of digital and online networking tools.
  • Driving licence essential
  • Residence ideally in the Greater Lausanne area, North Vaud, Fribourg or Neuchâtel
