SPCH142 Service of Bridges and Roads (SPCH) - Mobility Specialist Office from 80% to 100% SPCH142 Service of Bridges and Roads (SPCH) - Support and Multimodality Office (OSMO) OSMO X ensures the transversal services. The multimodality sector of OSMO X manages the planning and markings aimed at guaranteeing safety, comfort, and respect for road regulations. It coordinates the implementation of the cantonal promotion of soft mobility and advises municipalities and private entities in the field of road development and all types of mobility. In your capacity as a mobility specialist, you participate in the implementation of road development projects. You develop preliminary projects and analyze the projects conducted by SPCH. In collaboration with the project managers and technicians, you contribute to integrating pedestrian and cycling facilities into construction, redevelopment, and maintenance projects. You collaborate on the development of cantonal and municipal road infrastructures and advise municipalities on the implementation of local zones, ensuring the quality and safety of the proposed road facilities. You coordinate and plan the implementation and monitoring of passive road safety devices while collaborating on the analysis and drafting of recommendations for building permit applications. Finally, you manage and follow up on technical and profile aspects. Benefiting from a degree in mobility engineering from EPF or HES, you have more than three years of experience in the field of mobility. You have a good knowledge of the regulations and standards in force in the field of road development and have a perfect command of the tools related to the field of activity. You show prioritization in tasks while appreciating both autonomy and teamwork; your ability to propose innovative solutions is a real asset for the position. You also stand out for your writing skills, rigor, and excellent sense of responsibility.
