Mobility and Access Administrative Assistant - 1 year, 100%



About the role

For our client, a renowned company recognised for its excellence, you will be integrated into the security team. You will ensure the operational management of mobility and access. You will act as the primary contact point to advise colleagues on their transport solutions and manage the administrative infrastructure of physical access.

We offer you a 12-month assignment within a prestigious environment, offering a variety of tasks.

Tasks

  • Operate mobility management tools
  • Advise colleagues on soft mobility and transport options
  • Manage the physical access control system and review authorisations
  • Ensure the allocation, monitoring, and supply of access badges, lockers, etc.
  • Conduct audits related to access and extract statistical data

We are looking for

  • Possession of a Federal VET Diploma or a Professional Baccalaureate
  • Impeccable writing skills in French
  • Proficiency in common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

An advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of SAP and Tableau software
  • Ease with statistical data analysis
