We are seeking a Middle Office Securities Specialist to join the Middle Office Securities team. Support the department head in overseeing all activities and serve as a key contact internally and with external service providers.DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Act as deputy to the Head of Department- Supervise and support the team- Control securities book, and monitor fund transactions (including mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, and equity)- Instruct and monitor actions for non-listed assets, and review securities positions- Act as first point of contact for requests- Liaise with counterparties, custodians, and external providers- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency enhancements- Serve as a key contact for Front Office queries and ensure timely resolution- Support projects including requirements gathering and in-depth analysis- Develop, maintain, and improve proceduresProfile- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Swiss banking sector, ideally with exposure to environments in middle or back office roles- University degree or completed Swiss leadership and team management training- Understanding of banking products and processes- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in data- Excel skills; VBA knowledge is an advantage- Experience managing Front Office requests under time pressure- Knowledge of banking systems, securities is a plus; S2i as well as the ability to perform data analysis and manage multiple deadlines- Strong communication skills- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management skills- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset- Swiss residency- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Proactive, can-do attitude- Ability to work in a small team with opportunities to broaden expertise and knowledgeJob Offer jidd55e2a3aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
