Engage with the entire voice ecosystem: call recording, call center, SBCs, physical equipment consoles, and voice. Coordinate and execute all end-to-end activities, including technical workflows and closely collaborate with internal teams and local management to plan and ensure the stability phases of the service, ensure advanced support and accompany the post-launch phase. **Your Profile** Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams in complex environments and knowledge of Cisco CUCM as part of understanding network architectures to ensure reliable and secure telephony deployment. ITIL experience with a real ability to manage structured processes.
