You act both as a technical expert, a reference on Microsoft technologies, and a partner to project teams to support technological changes and guarantee the availability of services. In a context mixing on-site infrastructures, hybrid environments, and cloud services, you actively participate in the definition of architectures, the optimization of existing solutions, as well as the introduction of new technological solutions.ResponsibilitiesArchitecture and evolution of infrastructures- Design and evolve Microsoft and Cloud technical architectures.- Carry out technical studies related to new business needs and evaluate their impact on the existing environment.- Participate in technological choices, architecture decisions, and evolution strategies for infrastructures.- Maintain a permanent watch on Microsoft, Cloud, and infrastructure technologies.- Support internal teams in the adoption of new solutions and best practices.Management of technical projects- Contribute to infrastructure deployment, migration, and upgrade projects.- Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and production rollout of solutions.- Support migration projects to hybrid or cloud environments.- Collaborate closely with partners and vendors to ensure the proper functioning of Microsoft environments and infrastructure services.Operations- Ensure advanced administration of server and cloud environments.- Supervise the performance, availability, and security of systems.- Participate in the management of complex incidents and level 2 and 3 support activities.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards in accordance with best practices in security and service management.Profile- Engineering degree or equivalent higher education in the IT field.- Several years of experience in systems engineering and administration.- Confirmed experience in the design and implementation of Microsoft architecture environments.- Experience with virtualized infrastructures and hybrid environments.- Experience in advanced technical support (level 2 and 3).Required technical skills- Cloud / Hybrid environments: Advanced mastery of MS Azure.- Automation and infrastructure: Mastery of PowerShell and IaC / DevOps solutions.- Microsoft systems: Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11 (industrialized deployment), Active Directory, GPO, and DNS.- Management: Mastery of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) and the System Center (SCOM) suite.- IT ecosystem: Good knowledge of MS Exchange (Office 365), Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, PKI architectures, network protocols (TCP/IP), monitoring tools, and backup solutions.Languages- Fluent French, both spoken and written.- Good level of English.Your personal qualities- Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems.- Autonomy in conducting service activities and solution orientation.- Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing skills.- Rigor and sense of responsibility.- Marked sensitivity to cybersecurity issues and system protection.Advantages of this opportunity- A stimulating technological environment in constant evolution.- A culture favoring expertise, innovation, and numerous social benefits. jidd8a6e69aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
