Our micromechanical expertise, inherited from precision bearings and reinforced by the power of the FAULHABER group, makes MPS a partner to leaders.To complete our team for a maximum duration of 12 months, we are looking for a micromechanics specialist (M/F/X) at 100%.Your missionWithin our department, you will ensure machining operations while respecting quality and deadline requirements.Responsibilities- Perform honing of our components on Pemamo machines- Machining and production monitoring on manual or CNC stations- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards- Perform first-level maintenance of equipmentYour profile- Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in an industrial environment, ideally in conventional mechanics on Tour 102- Good command of technical drawing reading- Excellent dexterity and ease with manual tasks- Current knowledge of standard tools (Office suite)- Ability to maintain a high level of quality in repetitive tasks- You are willing to work in a 2x8 team on an occasional basis- You demonstrate meticulousness, precision, and autonomy- Strong team spirit and sense of service- You are recognized for your reliability, sense of responsibility, and versatilityWorkplace: BienneWhat we offerWe offer you a demanding technological environment, where diversity of missions and industrial precision pace daily life.
