Metal Constructor (M/F) - Jacques Klaus Sàrl

We are a family-run company from Fribourg founded in 1989, currently employing around thirty collaborators. Our company has specialised in stainless steel construction for over 30 years, but of course, we undertake all kinds of bespoke metal constructions such as stainless steel, glass, steel or other balustrades, designer or industrial stairs, small frameworks, glazing and aluminium doors, as well as all other traditional metal works.

As part of our development, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Metal Constructor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical plans.
• Manufacturing and assembling bespoke metal structures.
• Working with various materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Installing and assembling metal elements on site.
• Complying with current quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as metal constructor or equivalent.
• Proven experience in metal construction.
• Mastery of welding techniques (TIG, MIG, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Autonomy, precision and sense of responsibility.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
