A private institution recognised as being of public utility, the La Primerose Foundation, established in 1996, operates 3 EMS, 4 CAT (Temporary Reception Centres), 1 OSAD (Home Care Organisation), 27 supervised apartments, 2 EPSM (Medicalised Psycho-Social Establishments), with a total of 158 beds and employs more than 200 staff members. It also manages a social restaurant open to the public as well as a fitness centre for seniors.


The Foundation's mission is to ensure the reception, accommodation, assistance, supervision, follow-up and care of any person affected in their mental and physical health by offering services adapted to their individual needs.


Our home care organisation, with 27 apartments in Vevey and La Tour-de-Peilz, is looking for a


Mission:


  • Commits, within a multidisciplinary team, to providing optimal individualised mental health care
  • Implements and ensures the coordination of the intervention plan, based on the client’s resources, skills and motivation (empowerment, self-determination, recovery, maintenance…)
  • Assesses the client’s obstacles and mobilisable resources to promote their progress or maintenance
  • Conducts and regularly evaluates clinical assessments in mental health and adapts care according to the needs and complex situations of clients
  • Makes professional skills available to health system actors, residents and their relatives
  • Manages the administrative handling of OPAS files and carries out necessary procedures with insurers, doctors, private psychiatrists, pharmacies, hospitals, etc.


Your profile:


  • Solid knowledge and experience in mental health
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to undertake, take initiative, and respond appropriately to any type of situation
  • Agile in organisation, anticipation, autonomy and responsibility
  • Reflective capacity related to the mission
  • Interest in working within a multidisciplinary and networked team
  • Respectful attitude towards professional ethics and commitment to residents and their relatives
  • Comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in French (written and spoken)


Required qualifications:


  • Holder of a HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification, complemented by at least three years’ experience in adult and/or senior mental health
  • Driving licence (B) essential
