To strengthen our Saxon support team, we are looking for:
A medical secretary at 40-50%
Your daily role:
You will perform various administrative tasks in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. As the first point of contact, you provide our clients and all stakeholders with a quality welcome. Your listening skills enable you to respond to requests received by email or telephone, to identify them and redirect them if necessary. You are a flexible person and can adapt to varying working hours.
Your profile:
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a medical secretary or equivalent qualification;
- Two years’ experience in a medical practice and/or telephone answering service;
- The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and independently;
- Knowledge of the canton’s health, social and associative network;
- Reflectiveness and adaptability;
- Responsiveness and a sense of organisation;
- The ability to manage priorities effectively and good stress management;
- Proficiency in common IT tools and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- A very good level of French, both spoken and written.
