Among these is one of two European centers of excellence of GE Healthcare in nuclear medicine, the Accuray center for tomotherapy and CyberKnife, the Genolier Hub, and an advanced surgical center that includes robotic surgery.Job Description We are looking for a skilled and dedicated medical radiology technician specialized in nuclear medicine to join our team in Genolier, Switzerland. As a key member of our nuclear medicine department, you will play a crucial role in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in nuclear medicine and ensuring high-quality patient care: using state-of-the-art nuclear imaging equipment, including our PET OMNI Legend and SPECT Starguide • Executing hybrid imaging protocols with and without contrast agents • Ensuring proper positioning and comfort for patients during procedures • Monitoring patients to detect any adverse reactions • Keeping accurate records of procedures and patient interactions (RIVE): participating in the launch of the clinic's theranostic unit, currently under construction • Managing treatments: preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic imaging procedures and treatments (RIVE) in the future • Handling isotopes of 99mTc, 82Rb, and 68Ga • Collaborating with nuclear medicine physicians and fostering teamwork in a dynamic project • Following and participating in maintaining our quality assurance system • Complying with protocols and radiation protection standards • Performing quality controls on equipment and maintaining a harmonious and quality environment • Staying informed about the latest advancements in nuclear medicine technology and procedures • Interest in welcoming, and technical and clinical research with our Swiss industrial and academic partners.Requirements • Medical Radiology Technician • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in nuclear medicine • Proficiency in operating nuclear medicine imaging equipment • In-depth knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and their uses • Excellent understanding of radiological safety protocols and standards • Excellent patient care and positioning skills • Mastery of dedicated nuclear medicine PACS and RIS systems • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures • Great attention to detail and excellent analytical skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent basic proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with advancements in the field.Additional Information The opportunity to join a renowned clinic at the forefront of development.
