We are recruiting: File Manager - Medical Expenses (100%) - Fixed-term contract for 12 months Location: Lausanne Start date: immediately or as agreed What you bring to our mission Within the Social Insurance Department, you ensure an essential mission: to guarantee the legal coverage of LAMal for migrants supported by EVAM, ensuring a rigorous and humane management of medical expenses.Key missions You are responsible for the complete management of your portfolio, including: - Administering insurance, medical expenses, and accident claims. - Following up on transport requests for people with reduced mobility. - Processing dental claims in connection with the consulting dentist. - Analyzing, entering, validating, and processing invoices. - Sending invoices managed by the broker to draft correspondence for beneficiaries and responding to requests (phone/email) and ensuring availability. - Collaborating in a network to guarantee the principle of subsidiarity. - Participating in meetings and performing various tasks related to the profile. Requirements - CFC of commercial employee or equivalent title. - Experience in health insurance preferred. - Good knowledge of insurance. - Proficiency in French, both spoken and written. - Comfort with analysis tools, rigor, and time management. - Good listening skills and team spirit in the healthcare domain and ability to adapt to legal changes. - Commitment to a professional environment that promotes an engaged and proactive policy. - 6 weeks of vacation (8 weeks for those over 50 years old).
