We are looking for a committed and meticulous medical billing specialist who wants to invest in a key position. You will join a well-established function while actively participating in ongoing projects aimed at evolving and optimizing our processes. At the core of the process, you will be responsible for: - Establishing and sending invoices for hospitalized patients (excluding DRG coding) and following up on files with insurance companies, as well as responding to requests from doctors and internal services. - Participating in the monthly closing and the control of medical fees. - Managing reminders and follow-ups on debt collection with the accounts receivable service. - Actively contributing to the evolution of tariff structures and new pricing, as well as mentoring a trainee in commercial employee training or a willingness to undergo training. Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing in Switzerland or a similar role. Good understanding of tariffs and comfort with tools (MS Office), knowledge of Opale is a plus.
