Medical AssistantMedical Assistant – 80 to 100%Join Y·VisionY·Vision is a modern, constantly evolving ophthalmology center, bringing together several specialists, state-of-the-art equipment, and a passionate team committed to offering excellent care to its patients.As part of our development, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile medical assistant, capable of working in a fast-paced environment where quality of care and team spirit are at the center of our priorities.Missions- Welcome, inform, and accompany patients with professionalism.- Perform technical ophthalmology examinations according to current protocols (OCT, visual field, biometry, etc.).- Assist doctors during treatments and procedures.- Prepare intervention rooms.- Manage medical records, scheduling, and follow-up of surgical interventions, as well as various tasks related to the center's activity.- Manage medical supply orders and ensure stock monitoring.- Actively participate in communication between different healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.Profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a medical assistant or equivalent qualification.- Experience in ophthalmology is an asset.- You are organized, rigorous, enjoy working in a team, and demonstrate an excellent sense of service.- You know how to manage priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.- You enjoy working in an environment requiring an excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- You are comfortable with IT tools and enjoy learning new technologies.- You demonstrate flexibility, discretion, and an excellent work ethic.WorkplaceThe position is based mainly in Yverdon-les-Bains. One half-day of work per week is performed at our Lausanne site.
