We are looking for our client in the canton of Vaud for long temporary assignments for Medical Assistants (M/F).

Your mission:

• Welcome patients and manage incoming telephone calls
• Schedule patients’ appointments
• Prepare complete medical files (collect and organise necessary documents)
• Write various correspondences and medical reports
• Provide technical care related to the centre’s activity
• Perform blood draws, infusions and injections
• Carry out care related to radiotherapy treatments (dressings, wound cleaning, etc.)
• Insertion of peripheral venous lines and administration of infusions
• No billing

Required skills:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Medical Assistant
• Proven experience in a practice or hospital environment, with quick autonomy in technical care
• Excellent command of French (written and spoken, impeccable spelling)
• Good proficiency with computer tools (Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team and manage patient flow
