The activity is spread over 3 sites (Payerne, Estavayer, and Moudon), you will join professional and committed teams at the heart of the region.Start date: As soon as possible or by agreementContract type: Permanent (CDI)Medical Assistant CFC in Gynecology (80% or 2 x 40%) – Broye RegionWe are looking for:- A professional with a CFC as a medical assistant (essential)- A person ideally with initial experience in gynecology-obstetrics- A flexible and mobile profile, ready to travel to the 3 sites in the region (Payerne, Estavayer, Moudon)- A personality with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing priorities and emergencies, while ensuring strict respect for confidentialityMission description:Reception & Administration: Welcome and guide patients and their relatives with professionalism. Ensure telephone reception and appointment management via the Ultragenda software.Medical assistance: Assist doctors during gynecology-obstetrics consultations (blood draws, injections, urine analyses, dressings, swabs, vital sign measurements) and ensure samples are sent to the laboratory.Administration: Prepare, update, digitize medical records, manage mail, emails, and handle patient billing.Hygiene & Maintenance: Prepare, maintain, and tidy up consultation rooms, ensure the cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment.Requirements:- CFC as a medical assistant required- Ease of communication, team spirit, and sense of hospitality- Good command of French (oral and written)- Comfortable with standard tools (Outlook, Office)Assets:- Previous experience in gynecology-obstetrics- Knowledge of medical software: Opale, Soarian, UltragendaMission location:Broye region (Payerne, Estavayer, and Moudon sites)Hours and working days (Fixed):Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and FridayAvailability:As soon as possible or by agreementInterested?
