Chancellery Service (SCHA)
A true pivot between the government, cantonal administration, parliament and the population, the chancellery supports the State Council in planning and implementing its activities. It coordinates and disseminates the official information of the State, and organises elections.
Attached to the chancellery, the external relations and communication department is a strategic and operational centre of expertise serving the State Council and the cantonal administration. We ensure editorial consistency of publications and oversee adherence to the institutional line.

Your tasks
As part of your apprenticeship, you actively participate in the State's digital communication by contributing to the management and updating of content published on the cantonal administration's website and intranet. Between writing, formatting, newsletters, visual content and short videos, you take part in varied tasks that bring institutional communication platforms to life.
Curious and creative, you also contribute to the design of thematic sections, graphic materials and tutorials intended for internal users, while ensuring the quality and consistency of publications with our graphic charter.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you support various web communication projects and develop your skills within a collaborative, dynamic and stimulating environment.

Your profile
Currently in the second year of your mediamatician training, you are looking for an internship for your 3rd year and wish to develop your skills with concrete projects related to communication.
Creative and motivated, you are comfortable with graphic and layout tools such as Photoshop, InDesign or Acrobat, and show a strong interest in creating digital content.
You have good writing skills and are proficient with common office tools, notably the Microsoft Office suite. An interest in web content management systems, such as Drupal or SharePoint, is an asset.
Interested in visual communication, photography and video, you demonstrate an aesthetic sensitivity and a good eye for detail.
At the end of the 3rd year and internship, we offer the possibility to continue your training in a dual system for your 4th year.

We offer you
  • Varied tasks allowing you to progressively develop your autonomy and creativity.
  • The opportunity to evolve within a motivated team that values knowledge sharing and support.
  • An enriching experience at the crossroads of communication, digital technology and public service.
