Currently, for our headquarters located in Biel, we are looking for our Research and Development department for a:MECHANICAL PRODUCT LINE MANAGERMission:As Mechanical Product Line Manager, you lead the product line throughout the entire development cycle, with the objective of guaranteeing technically mastered, competitive solutions that comply with industrial and market requirements.Responsibilities:- Ensure the development and maintenance of the product line to meet customer needs while meeting economic and industrial requirements, and actively initiate and follow up on study requests and requests allowing for continuous product improvement.- Based on specifications, manage allocated projects with monitoring of budgets, profitability (ROI), and schedules.- Organize, coordinate, and unite multidisciplinary teams, while ensuring hierarchical responsibility and the development of the skills of the product line members.- Define technical solutions and supervise their design, from development and prototype testing to transfer into production.- Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes and the resolution of technical issues related to production and market feedback.- Guarantee product compliance in terms of quality and regulations by ensuring technical consistency.- Monitor, capture, and transfer new technologies into development projects.Profile:- Engineer degree (HES/EPF), technician (ES), or equivalent, with confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function.- Solid expertise in microtechnology and machine elements.
