As part of our development, we are looking for a Mechanical Process Agent to strengthen our mechanical process office team at 100%.Your mission: in the technical office, you are responsible for monitoring electroplating suppliers, processes, and analyzing internal malfunctions. You will implement corrective actions and formalize work procedures.In this capacity, you:- Liaise with electroplating suppliers regarding quality, deadlines, and technical issues.- Analyze received non-conformities and manage the necessary corrective actions.- Communicate internally on the performance of electroplating suppliers.- Coordinate internal processes and manage training on new methods and defined processes.- Audit processes, detect malfunctions, and ensure the maintenance of standards.Profile:- Education: Degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience (an asset if acquired in the watchmaking industry).- Skills: Good knowledge of electroplating processes and problem-solving tools.- Required qualities: Excellent communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and great rigor in file management.
